2. Expect personality conflicts - Do your senior leaders put a damper on the creativity of the juniors in your company? Does the junior worker feel like their behavior is monitored under any type of threat or punishment? Does your senior admit when they are in the wrong? When there is suppression instead of expression of ideas or problem identification, then this is a very powerful indicator that your organizations' culture is heading the wrong direction.
